A comprehensive audit of production and commercial activities of a Client’s company is performed by Rotex specialists in order to develop a prototype of transition to outsourcing.

PROJECT START-UP

After the agreement is signed the Rotex team of headquaters and region office specialists start the project. The project start-up begins from technical and management paper preparation and company’s operational and technical activities customisation.

PROJECT PROCUREMENT

To implement outsourcing it’s neccessary to transfer regular office staff involved in non-core business activities to outsourcing company office staff. All transferred new-comers are assessed, trained and reeducated in order to comply with company standards. The final stage of introduction process is a service launch of our client.
